We choose Australia Post to deliver our parcels within Australia and Internationally.
Please be aware that we are not responsible for parcels or that may be 'lost in transit' once lodged for dispatch at Australia Post- Bulk Mail Centre, Melbourne.
Shipping within Australia
We have competitive postage & handling rates based on weight. Instead of a flat postage rate, we offer individual pricing for the exact quantity of Denta-Med gel you order. For example postage costs for 1 x Denta-Med gel = $6.55, 2 - 3 Denta-Med gel = $7.75 etc. For postage rates for orders over 10 tubes, please contact our office.
Delivery will be between 2 to 5 working days depending on location.
Shipping outside Australia
IMPORTANT - Please note; Denta-Med Pty Ltd are not responsible for lost shipments. If you wish to have your international parcel sent via Registered Post you should click on that option at the checkout.
Due to some orders not reaching their destination when sent by Sea Mail, we now only offer sending international orders by regular Air Mail and also by Registered Post International. This is a more expensive option. However, we have found orders sent by regular Air Mail are received reliably and swiftly.

Denta-Med Pty Ltd respect and value your privacy. Under no circumstances will your private information be used for any purpose other than to complete your order. Your private information will not be shared with any other source. Only with your consent will you receive any communication from us which would relate specifically to your purchase or any new Denta-Med products from Denta-Med Pty Ltd.
Refund Policy
We are confident you will be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we will refund your money via original purchase method (credit card), less shipping costs, if you are not satisfied because Denta-Med gel does not meet our claims. To organise a refund, please contact us to get an authorisation code and then post the gel tubes back to us within a 30 day period from purchase.

The 'SSL' or Secure Sockets Layer encryption technology is the most sophisticated and advanced method of secure purchasing over the internet. You will notice when purchasing, a logo will appear in the bottom left hand corner of your screen to highlight the fact you are being covered by the SSL technology when making your purchase.
